Octobank Reports 2025 Results: Financial Growth, Innovation, and International Recognition


Octobank has announced its financial and operational results for 2025, demonstrating record profitability, dynamic digital development, and growing international recognition. The bank achieved a net profit of over 255.9 billion UZS, entered the TOP 3 small banks in the CEIR national ranking, and introduced several new innovative services. The Octo-Mobile app now supports Alipay+ and investments through the JETT platform, while the Tashkent metro launched MyID Palm biometric palm payments.

Financial Performance

  • Net Profit: 255.9 billion UZS (USD 21.3 million) — the highest result in the bank’s history.

  • Assets: 12.20 trillion UZS (USD 1,014.7 million), an increase of USD 769.9 million (+314% vs. 2024).

  • Customer Deposits: 10.84 trillion UZS (USD 901.5 million), an increase of USD 755.0 million (+515% vs. 2024).

Return on assets (ROA) totaled 2.1% (vs. 4.8% in 2024), while return on equity (ROE) grew to 25.1% (vs. 19.9%).
The bank’s total capital reached USD 84.9 million, including USD 41.6 million of charter capital and USD 43.3 million of additional capital, confirming the bank’s stable growth and resilience.


Clients and Corporate Acquiring

Octobank’s customer base exceeded 3.6 million clients, positioning the bank among the leading small banks of Uzbekistan in retail coverage.
More than 15,000 companies use the bank’s acquiring services, while the fully digital PreApprove microloan (up to 100 million UZS) provides fast and convenient access to financing.

 

International Partnerships

 

At SIBOS 2025 in Germany, Octobank held over 40 meetings with partners from 20 countries, presenting its digital products as an exhibitor.
The bank expanded its global network to 55+ countries and opened new correspondent accounts, including partnerships with Santander, XJ Bank, and CZBANK, strengthening its international presence.
