Analysis of appeals from individuals and legal entities for the first quarter of 2026
Currently, JSC Octobank , in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities" and the Regulation of the Central Bank "On Minimum Requirements for the Activities of Commercial Banks in Carrying Out Relations with Consumers of Banking Services" (registration No. 3030 dated July 2, 2018), regularly accepts, systematically considers and positively resolves both direct and virtual appeals from individuals and legal entities.
The Bank regularly receives inquiries, both in person and remotely, ensuring their systematic review. In-person meetings with members of the Management Board have also been established based on an approved schedule.
During the first quarter of 2026, the bank received a total of 63 requests, of which:
10 requests - through the Virtual Reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
27 requests – through the portal murojaat.gov.uz ;
12 requests - by direct visit to the banking operations department;
14 requests - via the bank’s official email address ( info@octobank.uz );
The majority of received requests relate to the following areas:
questions related to bank plastic cards;
money transfers (including international);
cash transactions;
issues of opening and closing bank accounts.
The following issues were also addressed:
money transfers from abroad;
remote blocking and unblocking of bank cards;
problems related to using the mobile application;
other issues not directly related to the bank's activities.
